JTIARD is committed to transparent and fair publication fees. We currently operate as a Zero-APC Open Access Journal for our first two volumes to encourage submissions and establish credibility.
Zero-APC for First Two Volumes
To encourage submissions and build a strong foundation of quality research, JTIARD is waiving all article processing charges for its first two volumes. Authors can submit and publish their work completely free of charge during this introductory period.
Future APC Structure
After the initial two volumes, a modest APC structure will be introduced to support journal sustainability. The following rates will apply per accepted article.

Waiver Policy
JTIARD is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent the publication of quality research. Waivers are available under the following circumstances.
Outstanding Submissions
Manuscripts rated as exceptional by reviewers may qualify for a full or partial APC waiver, recognizing the significant contribution to the field.
Early-Career Researchers
Graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career academics from under-resourced institutions may apply for fee waivers.
Hardship Cases
Authors who can demonstrate genuine financial hardship may request a waiver. All waiver requests are reviewed confidentially by the editorial office.
How to Apply for a Waiver
Waiver requests should be submitted alongside the manuscript at the time of submission. Include a brief justification letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. Decisions on waivers are made independently of editorial decisions and will not influence the peer review process. Contact [email protected] for more information.
